As a regular client at your company, I am dismayed by the deteriorating level of customer service from your employees. I am sending you this letter to complain about the bad service that I have received from your staff member, named Ms. Samantha Covey. She was in charge of answering all the customer queries but not only did she ignore my questions she also talked rudely and misbehaved with me.
