Job Role and Summary

An Associate Creative Director assists a creative director when formulating and developing concepts for a project. They take on client projects and brainstorms ideas which they would execute to make an original design. They are very adept at conceptualizing, which makes them very effective in creating storyboards or advertising. They ensure that client requests are followed and implemented as instructed.

A. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the creation and development of design concepts and ensure that production phase are flowing smoothly
  • Monitor and keep track of design vendors resources on the market
  • Ensure that all created and design contents adhere to standards and follow the guideline requested by the client
  • Work together with other teams to formulate and develop design concepts and programs
  • Encourage and implement the development of unique and innovative designs
  • Aid in the planning of intricate designs while supporting the design team
  • Make sure that all projects are done and delivered on time
  • Provide training to the team and performance evaluation beneficial to the improvement of the group
