We are writing this letter to inform you that your employment with [Green Leaf Enterprises] is terminated and is effective immediately on the date in which this letter is written.
After a lengthy discussion with management and a thorough review of accumulated evidence and witness accounts, we found out that committed a breach in your contract by violating several company rules. The following are the reasons that lead to the decision of your termination:
