TEMPORARY LAYOFF LETTER

Good day!

This letter is to notify you that due to the economic hardships faced by our company as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, it has become necessary for us to temporarily reduce our staff. We regret to inform you will be temporarily laid off from your employment effective immediately for this very reason. The decision is in no way based on your performance but for ensuring our economic stability during these trying times.

Among the other measures, we have taken to tackle the current operational and financial constraints, brought by the pandemic, we believe that a smaller workforce will allow us to maintain a viable business during these uncertain times. For the laid-off employees, we have prepared a severance package containing:
