APPOINTMENT LETTER FOR CONTRACT EMPLOYEE

This is in connection with your application dated [DATE 1] for the position of [POSITION] with [YOUR COMPANY NAME]. We are pleased to confirm that you have been appointed as [POSITION] for [YOUR COMPANY] on a contractual basis. Your appointment will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Your appointment will commence on [DATE 1] and will automatically terminate on [DATE 2] unless your contract term is renewed in writing upon mutual agreement between you and the company.
- Your annual salary for the position is USD [NUMBER] to be paid twice a month on the 15th and 30th day of each month. However, the company reserves the right to change the dates of payment, provided that it be paid once every two weeks or not more than an interval of 16 days.
- Considering that your appointment is on a contractual basis, if your employment is terminated by the company based on a valid cause before the end of your contractual term, you will not be entitled to any remuneration for the unexpired period of the contract.

- As an employee of the company, you are required to maintain the utmost fidelity and loyalty to the company and its management. You will perform your duties with a high standard of integrity and honesty. You must act in good faith in all your dealings with the company, its management, and employees.
- The company, through its management, reserves the right to transfer or loan your services to any of its departments, segment, or division including transferring or loaning your services to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.
- You must dedicate your time to further the interest of the company and you may not engage yourself any in any work, activity, or occupation that directly conflicts with the legitimate business of the company.
- This appointment was made on the basis of the qualifications and other relevant information contained in your application for employment. In the event that any of misrepresentation regarding your qualifications or other relevant personal information, the Company may terminate your employment unilaterally without causing any breach on its contractual obligation. This will also constitute a valid ground for termination which will disqualify you for any remuneration for the unexpired portion of the contract. This remedy is without prejudice to the right of the company to file a suit against you for damages or for any cases against you for violation of any pertinent penal statutes.
- All notices and other communication will be sent to the address provided in your application. Such an address shall be deemed correct until you have provided a correction or modification thereto. Any changes to your principal address must be intimated to the [DEPARTMENT] of the company within [NUMBER 1 ] days from the date of your actual transfer.
- As an employee of the company, you are bound by the existing company policies, orders, and regulations, and to any revisions made with respect thereto that the company may effect from time to time.
